Hours and Location

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Location: Bayview Medical Center, 4940 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD
• Pay rate: $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Identify inventory requirements, receive, store, and distribute equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized nutrition management software.
• Verify incoming shipments, unpack and store supplies using FIFO, monitor expiration dates.
• Complete requisitions, report shortages, and distribute forms to appropriate personnel.
• Assemble and deliver unit floor stock and bulk supply orders to off-site locations.
• Assist in inventory data collection using handheld PDA and Vision system scanning.
• Transport heavy stock items with equipment like pallet jacks and carts.
• Maintain sanitation standards in storerooms, walk-ins, loading docks, and hallways.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in similar work environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stoop, bend, reach, grasp, and operate a computer keyboard.
