Job description

The Inventory Specialist will be a key part of the inventory program, overseeing processes and procedures for large-volume, small-part inventory management. The role requires organizing extensive data, extracting key information, and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities include tracking all inventory used by contractors for WIFI cable installation, labeling and placing inventory correctly on contractor sites (not in client warehouses), verifying stock information and unit IDs, auditing equipment and parts, unboxing, sorting, staging units for production, receiving units via RF handheld devices, performing cycle counts and audits, and performing duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize workflow and work independently
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors for extended periods
• Flexible schedule and computer skills, including Excel, are a plus
