Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations.
• Experience in inventory work is a must.
• Must currently possess or quickly obtain a valid forklift certification.
• Proven ability to safely operate a Reach Truck.
• Experience in stock room environment and cycle counts.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or similar inventory/receiving software.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent, e.g., GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily shipping, receiving, and comprehensive inventory management tasks.
• Un-box incoming materials, box/pack outgoing shipments, and execute warehouse put-aways with specialized equipment.
• Safely operate a forklift and reach truck to move, stack, and organize materials.
• Record all inventory and customer transactions in the SAP database and perform routine data entry.
• Coordinate with logistics, quality, and manufacturing to ensure efficiency.
• Regularly lift, carry, and move warehouse materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Position Summary:

• The Inventory Specialist supports aerospace manufacturing and operations by managing the flow, storage, and accuracy of materials used in production.
• This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, tracking, and issuing materials in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Working closely with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams, you will ensure materials are available, traceable, and fully compliant with aerospace and customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily shipping, receiving, and comprehensive inventory management tasks.
• Un-box incoming materials, box/pack outgoing shipments, and execute warehouse "put aways" using specialized equipment.
