The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing all vehicle inventory at the facility within company timelines. This includes documenting vehicle condition with complete inventories and photographs, directing traffic flow in the receiving area for timely processing, and offering solutions to meet customer needs based on a thorough understanding of Copart policies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and organize the receiving area.
• Operate cameras and handheld inventory devices to process incoming vehicles.
• Assess operational capability of vehicles and complete required inventories (TLEs).
• Maintain inventory of materials used.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
• General automotive knowledge or mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Basic computer skills, with ability to operate handheld devices preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
