Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and record inventory integrity through random and scheduled audits for financial and operational purposes.
2. Perform root cause analysis, implement recommendations, and identify strategic inventory processes.
3. Track and report on the effectiveness of inventory strategies.
4. Lead multiple inventory operations if responsible.

What You Will Do at Graco:

• Analyze cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Audit Daily Edit Error reports and make corrections.
• Publish monthly cycle count variance reports.
• Analyze stock movements and receipts for validity.
• Coordinate with warehouse, accounting, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Prepare monthly reports on inventory issues and project updates.
• Lead the Distribution Cycle Counters and Inventory Control team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds regularly.
