An Autonomous Trucking Solutions Company is seeking an Inventory Specialist - Hardware to join their team in Mount Pleasant, PA.

Position Details:

• Full-time, onsite, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• 12-month contract
• Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 USD per hour

Role Overview:

As an Inventory Specialist - Hardware, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory needs, perform quality inspections, assemble component kits, conduct cycle counts, and utilize inventory management software to optimize operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming quality inspections of electro-mechanical components
• Assemble component kits based on BOMs with proper traceability
• Conduct periodic cycle counts for inventory accuracy
• Manage inventory data using software tools
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Coordinate with XF, procurement, and hardware teams for inventory forecasting

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of experience in inventory management or related field
• Proficiency with MacOS and Google Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
