We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy. This role involves regular interaction with warehouse staff to maintain efficient inventory systems and meet organizational goals. Are you ready to be part of something amazing?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Update and maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
  • Identify and report inventory variances and investigate any discrepancies or issues.
  • Process inventory transactions including receiving, returns, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in year-end physical inventories.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipping.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed in a warehouse environment, with moderate to heavy physical activity.
  • Occasional overtime may be required, depending on inventory demands.
  • Exposure to warehouse machinery and equipment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant certifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

  • Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
  • Experience with barcode scanners or RFID technology.
  • Knowledge of inventory best practices and supply chain principles.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
