Job Description: Inventory Specialist at HTC

At HTC, each employee plays a vital role in ensuring the success of the Cooperative. As an Inventory Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact through your work ethic and ability to contribute effectively. With a team-player attitude, you will collaborate with the Inventory Operations team to achieve and surpass set goals.

Responsibilities

1. Receive, stock, and issue materials while maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions daily.
2. Manage shelf space, ensuring all materials are properly packaged, labeled, and stocked in sufficient quantities with strong attention to detail.
3. Interact with different departments by completing and delivering orders promptly.
4. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workplace.
5. Monitor and record accurate inventory levels through management and internal controls.
6. Assist in other areas of the Financial Operations Department as needed to meet departmental objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or lift more than 100 pounds.
• 1-3 years of related experience in inventory management and shipping/receiving.
• Experience with MS Office, IRS, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.
