Responsibilities

Under general supervision, capable of performing all jobs including the most complex. Works on semi-routine assignments with occasional deviations. Errors in work may cause delays or expenses. May assist and train less experienced personnel. Requirements include a High School diploma, advanced training, and 4-5 years of experience. Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting physical inventories and leading cycle counts.
2. Analyzing and correcting cycle count discrepancies.
3. Executing replenishment and replacement strategies, maintaining accurate inventory records.
4. Supporting PLM standup, shipping and receiving operations, lab and technician consumable tracking, inventory control, storage, organization, and optimization.
5. Handling specialized materials, manufacturing support, kitting, and parts issuing.
6. Implementing inventory management software support.
7. Ensuring quality compliance, handling documentation for traceability, and supporting tooling and equipment tracking.
8. Performing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience as a Shipping and Receiving Operator.
• Experience with lab and technician consumable tracking.
• 4 years of experience with inventory tracking and control.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
