Responsibilities

Under general supervision, performs a range of inventory and logistical tasks, including physical inventories, cycle counts, replenishment, and replacement strategies. Works on semi-routine assignments with occasional deviations. May assist and train less experienced personnel. Requirements include a High School diploma, advanced training, and 4-5 years of relevant experience. Specific duties include:

1. Supporting PLM standup
2. Shipping and Receiving operations
3. Tracking lab and technician consumables
4. Inventory tracking and control
5. Storage, organization, and optimization of inventory
6. Handling specialized materials
7. Manufacturing support, including kitting and parts issuing
8. Implementing inventory management software
9. Providing quality support, ensuring compliance, documentation, and traceability
10. Supporting tooling and equipment tracking
11. Other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 4-5 years of experience
• Experience as a Shipping and Receiving Operator
• Experience with lab and technician consumable tracking
• At least 4 years of inventory tracking and control experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
