Our services include supply chain design and innovation, warehousing, distribution and fulfillment, freight brokerage, transportation management, and e-commerce fulfillment.

Position Summary

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for performing daily Cycle Counts and managing the RMA Inbounds and Damage/Hold Area. They are expected to meet safety, security, and productivity standards.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Protect inventory accuracy, integrity, and salability; adhere to SOPs; meet physical and cycle count accuracy targets.
  • Perform daily Cycle Counts and manage RMA, Inbound, and Hold Areas.
  • Operate power equipment (forklift, standup, walkie-rider) safely and efficiently, using radio frequency equipment as needed.
  • Maintain clean and organized equipment and materials.
  • Inspect and report equipment issues.
  • Follow OSHA and company safety policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience with operational equipment (reach trucks, forklifts, RF scanners, WMS) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
Capabilities

  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic math and counting skills.
Physical & Mental Requirements

Must be able to:

  • Hear, read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Sit, type, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Occasionally stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, reach.
  • See clearly with or without corrective lenses, including depth perception.
  • Work overtime, weekends, various shifts, and spend 70-80% of time on the warehouse floor in a fast-paced environment.
