A leading company is seeking an Inventory Associate / Pharmacy Support to oversee inventory best practices and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves managing pharmacy inventory, engaging with customers, and supporting store operations. Ideal candidates should have retail experience, strong problem-solving skills, and flexibility in scheduling.
Responsible for executing, monitoring, and training on inventory best practices and standard operating procedures for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy. Supports pharmacy inventory activities such as receiving, counting, ordering, and returns. Ensures On-Shelf Availability and validates planogram accuracy.
Reviews reports and system applications impacting front end and pharmacy inventory accuracy. Implements asset protection techniques, manages claims for overages, shortages, order errors, and damaged goods, including prescription drugs.
In designated stores, may open and close the store, handle cash, operate systems, and ensure readiness for business.
