Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple warehouse locations.
  • Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, shortages, overages, variances.
  • Monitor levels, usage, and movement to support purchasing decisions.
  • Track transfers, adjustments, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and operations to improve processes.
  • Monitor pricing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Research and compare vendor pricing for sourcing.
  • Travel to warehouse locations to verify accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement across inventory, warehouse, and purchasing.

Job Duties
  • Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple warehouse and storage locations.
  • Conduct cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and inventory reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and stock variances.
  • Monitor inventory levels, usage, and movement to support efficient inventory management and purchasing decisions.
  • Track and process inventory transfers, adjustments, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to improve inventory control processes.
  • Monitor market pricing trends and identify cost‑saving purchasing opportunities.
  • Research and compare vendor pricing to support competitive sourcing strategies.
  • Travel to warehouse locations to verify inventory accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within inventory, warehouse, and purchasing operations.
Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Additional education in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
Experience Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Inventory Control, Purchasing, Parts Management, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience performing inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits.
  • Electronics purchasing experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory management systems.
  • Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, stock management, and purchasing processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify inventory discrepancies, monitor inventory trends, and evaluate market pricing.
  • Mandarin Chinese language skills preferred for communication with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to travel regularly between warehouse locations to perform audits and inventory verification.
  • Capable of walking warehouse floors and conducting physical inventory inspections.
  • Ability to occasionally move, inspect, and handle inventory items as needed.
  • Must be comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
  • Ability to wear appropriate safety footwear and PPE when required during warehouse visits.
