Inventory SpecialistJob DescriptionDepartment: Supply ChainJob Status: Full-TimeFLSA Status: Salary, Non-ExemptReports To: Lead Warehouse SpecialistLocation: Midland, TXAmount of Travel Required: N/AWork Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00p.m. (Overtime frequently required.)Positions Supervised: N/AAIP: Level 7POSITION SUMMARY: The inventory specialist will support our Company's facilities in receiving, storing, and distributing material, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word \"may.\")Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location.Maintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and provide management with an accurate representation of all goods shipped and received.Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent condition.Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to management.Properly pack items to be shipped according to company standards to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.Organize and sort items on shelves, bins, and overhangs according to company standards.Accurately maintain company database including all stock and warehouse items.Reliably retrieve items from within the warehouse to be processed and shipped.Communicating demand of stocked items to the procurement team.May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.Performs other related job duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.POSITION REQUIREMENTSMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.Daily overtime required and in person, predictable attendance in Midland, TX.Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.
