• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and damaged product issues.
• Track inventory movements, adjustments, and warehouse locations.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and accounted for within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and update inventory records.
• Communicate inventory concerns to warehouse leadership and team members.
• Assist with physical inventories and support daily warehouse operations.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures while maintaining a clean work area.

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

• Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or inventory software is a plus.
• Basic computer and data entry skills required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Ability to investigate inventory discrepancies and problem-solve effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to sort, count, scan, and handle inventory items accurately.
• Ability to use scales and inventory equipment for small parts counting and verification.
