Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Equipment Operator in Irving, TX. This role covers pulling, packing, and staging customer orders, operating a sit-down forklift, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

The position requires warehouse experience, the ability to work with WMS and shipping software, and a strong safety mindset. Typical schedule is 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM with pay between $17.00 and $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience required.
  • Experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse environment preferred.
  • Forklift certification is a plus or the ability to become certified.
  • Experience with inventory control, WMS, shipping software, pick/pack operations, and material handling preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

  • Pull, pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment.
  • Verify products, quantities, and shipping information against order documentation.
  • Package, label, and stage completed orders for outbound delivery.
  • Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, and verify inventory accuracy.
  • Load and unload trucks using a sit-down forklift and other material-handling equipment.
  • Move products between storage, production, and shipping areas.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Process shipping and receiving transactions using warehouse software systems.
  • Keep warehouse, inventory, and staging areas organized and clean.
  • Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures while meeting productivity, quality, and on-time shipment goals.
