Responsibilities include managing inventory related to picking, replenishing, and requisitioning within high-value areas such as Surgical Services, Cath Lab, EP, and Imaging. Duties extend beyond the supply room to all hospital areas, including pulling products for cases and monitoring inventory levels to meet demand, tracking usage, and setting inventory levels for specific product groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Restock supplies daily, rotate inventory, and generate orders as needed.
• Distribute medical supplies and equipment to patient care areas.
• Monitor par levels to ensure adequate stock for patient care.
• Identify excess or outdated inventory, return stock, and notify supervisors.
• Participate in inventory validation and management processes.
• Label bins, maintain stock locations, and handle requests to change pars.
• Collaborate with reprocessing resources, leadership, and buyers to optimize product usage.
• Conduct annual inventory counts and manage consigned inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least three years of inventory management experience or relevant background.
• Strong communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and supply chain applications like Lawson.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and data presentation skills.
