Base pay range

$68,000.00/yr - $78,000.00/yr

We're hiring an Inventory Control Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Little Rock, AR. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing the behind-the-scenes logistics that keep field operations running smoothly.

You’ll support technicians across the country who repair specialized equipment at customer sites—tracking shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring our teams have the right equipment when and where they need it.

What you’ll do:

• Track and manage the movement of equipment shipped to technicians nationwide
• Maintain accurate inventory records and real-time location data
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely deliveries
• Work closely with field teams and internal staff to support repair operations

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain
• Strong organizational and tracking skills
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software
• Independent, resourceful, and detail-oriented

This is a key operations role with impact across the U.S. On-site only (no remote), Monday through Friday.
