The role requires Excel proficiency, RF scanner familiarity, and the ability to troubleshoot discrepancies while coordinating with procurement, floor personnel, and category managers. Flexibility in hours may be needed to align with inventory needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in consumer goods or warehouse operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Familiarity with RF scanning hardware/software.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide data, analytical support and cycle counts to Inventory Supervisor.
• Maintain and update inventory records and expiration spreadsheets.
• Identify SKU discrepancies and reconcile inventory differences.
• Run daily reports and assist outbound/inbound processes.
• Support procurement with inventory data and discrepancies.
• Log adjustments with reasons and maintain accuracy of master files.

Inventory SpecialistGeneral Summary:Reports to the Inventory SupervisorThe Inventory Specialist will be primarily responsible for providing data, analytical support, and physical cycle count to the Inventory Supervisor.Primary Responsibility:The Inventory Specialist will work hand in hand with the inventory team to ensure GHRA maintains accuracy within item attributes for the warehouse, the OOS report, order selecting variances, customer returns and the cash n carry operation with effective problem solving. This position will be responsible for resolving inventory related issues such as, inventory counts, maintaining expiration spreadsheet, systematically moving inventory that affect retail operations, GHRA members, category managers, and floor personnel.Essential Functions:Assist with identifying SKU discrepancy’s in our master file dailyAssist with synchronizing data across GHRA’s systemsRun a daily “Zero Shipped Report” and create count group(s) to support the outbound processAudit the pallet moduleMaintain and update inventory recordsReconcile inventory discrepanciesResolve zero shipped items that are in stockProvide slow moving inventory reports to the procurement team / inventory supervisorEffectively manage short dated products out to C n CAssist the Procurement team with inbound PO discrepancy’sMust be able to work Flexible hours, Saturday to Wednesday / Sunday to Thursday.
