About The Role

This position involves on-site logistics work in the storeroom, including receiving, stocking, issuing, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, client interface, customer service, and computer transaction entry. The primary focus is to service the client's parts and inventory needs, such as locating and delivering stock, receiving stock, issuing materials, and tracking inventory using systems. It requires regular contact with clients and strong customer service skills.

Compensation: $24/hr

Schedule: Mon - Fri | 7am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow safety and security procedures; report unsafe conditions.
• Provide professional customer service; report concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs.
• Unpack, verify, and enter received materials into inventory systems.
• Issue materials, stage, and kit as needed.
• Store received materials properly; perform tagging, repacking, and special handling.
• Manage returns and prepare shipments for repair or vendor return.
• Perform cycle counts; report discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize the storeroom.
• Support initiatives and special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills.
• Basic computer skills: Windows, MS Office, Inventory Systems.
• Ability to learn part identification.
