  • Uphold policies to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
  • Conduct regular production audits to ensure MO Cannabis regulations are followed.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with supervisor.
  • Collaborate with leads on reporting policies and issues.
  • Prepare product for transfers with accurate quantities and tagging.
  • Create manifests and report daily production with attention to detail.
  • Use Excel to create reports and perform basic calculations.
  • Manage time to meet goals while producing quality product.

Job Overview:
Inventory Specialists are responsible for managing the inventory control processes. Including, but not limited to receiving, reconciling, weighing, and verifying all active packages; as well as overseeing any incoming and outgoing transfers. Specialists are also required to keep all productions, and plant interactions up to date in Metrc at all times. Daily data entries will be required with emphasis on attention to detail, integrity, and communication.

Responsibilities
