Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate infrastructure inventory activities to optimize equipment usage and ensure accurate, timely pickup and delivery to meet project demands.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, facilitate inter-branch transfers, and collaborate with the Operations team to manage stock efficiently and reduce costs.
- Review engineering material lists for accuracy and completeness; identify and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Arrange and track international and domestic inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy in counts and proper documentation.
- Support project-related activities at the branch level, ensuring equipment and materials are available to meet deadlines.
- Assist with physical inventory by accurately recording materials and products throughout all stages—raw, in-process, and finished goods.
- Provide backup support to the reception area by answering phones, assisting visitors, and responding to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Adapt to changing priorities and adjust work schedules as needed to support business demands.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and personnel at other branch locations.
- Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive information from multiple sources and make sound decisions quickly.
- Proficiency with standard office equipment and computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in business or related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry; sales experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with infrastructure services equipment and related inventory practices.
- Strong math skills (minimum 9th-grade level) for accurate inventory tracking.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and shifting priorities.
- Quick learner with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of quality improvement principles and processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multinational setting.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
