Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for organization and efficiency? We’re looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our client and their dynamic team. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Duties:

• Oversee cycle and full inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Lead, conduct, and implement projects.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Track and manage the flow of goods through warehouse and production areas.
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy in stock levels and financial records.
• Collaborate with finance and production teams to align inventory management and reporting.
• Support supply chain operations by reviewing, processing, and tracking purchase orders.
• Update and maintain the database with current purchase order statuses and information.
• Monitor office supply inventory and ensure expenditures stay within budget.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (recognized by an accrediting educational agency)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with inventory management software
• SAP and SAGE experience is a PLUS!
