Job summary

Ignite Digital in Charleston, SC, is seeking an inventory coordinator to manage daily cycle counts, inbound shipments, and ERP reconciliation.

You will maintain master data, generate stock reports, and partner with engineering to prevent stockouts while ensuring compliance with TAA and NDAA.

The role requires a DoD secret clearance, proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft 365, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
• Strong familiarity with SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft 365.
• Experience handling inventory, ERP data and BOMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/weekly cycle counts at Charleston facilities; reconcile stock with ERP records.
• Receive, inspect, log inbound shipments; verify quantities vs purchase orders; report damages.
• Maintain item master data (bin locations, UOM, reorder points); process adjustments/returns.
• Build reports on stock levels, aging, shrink; advise on reorders to operations.
• Coordinate with engineering to resolve stockouts; ensure TAA/NDAA compliance; develop BOMs.
• Identify process improvements across inventory workflows.
• Operate material handling equipment; lift up to 50 lbs.

Scope Of Responsibilities

• Perform daily and weekly cycle counts across Charleston facilities; investigate discrepancies and reconcile physical stock against ERP records to ensure inventory accuracy.


• Receive, inspect, and log inbound shipments, verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders; flag damages or shortages to purchasing.


• Maintain item master data, including bin locations, unit-of-measure, and reorder points; process inventory adjustments, transfers, and returns.


• Build recurring reports on stock levels, aging, shrink, and slow-moving items; provide reorder recommendations to operations and purchasing teams.


• Partner with engineering to resolve stockouts, expedite critical materials, ensure TAA and NDAA compliance, develop bills of materials, and support month-end and annual physical inventory counts.


• Identify and support implementation of process improvements across inventory workflows.


• Operate material handling equipment as needed; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and related Microsoft 365 technologies

Salary: $50k+ to align with education and experience
