Job summary

Ignite Digital is seeking a seasoned Program/Project Manager to provide dedicated PM support across enterprise network engineering, integration, and installation tasks. The role requires 5 years of PM experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or managerial field.

This onsite position is five days per week and targets work with federal government projects. You will help develop schedules, track milestones, prepare briefing materials, and contribute to cost estimates and executive status

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline.
• 5 years of program/project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support across enterprise network engineering, integration, and installation tasks.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverable status.
• Support data collection, consolidation, and analysis of technical, programmatic, and financial information for status reporting.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action items for recurring and emergent project efforts.
• Assist with documentation preparation, configuration control, and change management processes.
• Contribute to cost estimates, briefing materials, and executive-level status reporting.

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverable status.


• Support data collection, consolidation, and analysis of technical, programmatic, and financial information for status reporting.


• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action items for recurring and emergent project efforts.


• Assist with documentation preparation, configuration control, and change management processes.


• Contribute to cost estimates, briefing materials, and executive-level status reporting.

Salary: 85k+

Education: Bachelor\'s degree in a technical or managerial discipline

Experience: 5 years in program/project management

Schedule: 5 days onsite
