Job summary

Ignite Digital, based in San Diego, seeks an experienced program manager to lead enterprise network engineering programs across the full lifecycle, aligning IPT activities into one cohesive effort.

You will direct program planning, strategy, and resource coordination with government stakeholders to meet acquisition and installation objectives, while establishing cost, schedule, and performance baselines and mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of program or project management experience.
• Proven leadership of enterprise network engineering programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional IPTs with government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership across the full lifecycle of enterprise network engineering, integration, and installation efforts.
• Direct program planning, technical strategy, and resource coordination with government stakeholders.
• Establish and manage program-level cost, schedule, and performance baselines and identify risks.
• Oversee production and engineering documentation to meet quality and schedule standards.
• Represent the program in executive reviews and briefings with clear status updates.

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall program leadership across the full lifecycle of enterprise network engineering, integration, and installation efforts, aligning and unifying crossfunctional Integrated Product Team (IPT) activities into a single cohesive effort.
• Direct program planning, technical strategy, and resource coordination with government stakeholders to meet acquisition and installation objectives.
• Establish and manage program-level cost, schedule, and performance baselines, including identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Oversee production and engineering documentation processes, ensuring all deliverables meet established quality and schedule standards.
• Represent the program in executivelevel reviews and briefings, effectively communicating status updates, risks, and strategic alignment.

Salary: $140,000
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in a technical or managerial discipline
Experience: 15 years in program/project management
