An established industry player is seeking a dedicated inventory management professional to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing best practices in inventory management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency. Responsible for executing, monitoring, and training inventory best practices and standard operating procedures for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy. Supports pharmacy inventory management activities, including receiving, counting, ordering, and facilitating returns. Champions On-Shelf Availability and ensures accuracy of planograms.
Reviews and coordinates reports and system applications affecting front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing. Executes and maintains asset protection techniques, files claims for overages, shortages, order errors, or damaged goods including prescription drugs. Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, handling system start-ups, cash, and cashier responsibilities.
Engages customers, resolves issues, and models customer service best practices to ensure a positive experience.
Manages warehouse and vendor inventory processes, verifies shipments, and completes pharmacy and store inventory activities. Executes planogram compliance, pricing, and regulatory tasks. Supports inventory record maintenance, physical inventories, and cleanliness of store areas. Assists with package deliveries and POS transactions when serving as leader on duty.
Attends training, completes e-learning modules, and maintains necessary certifications.
Acts as a liaison between management and staff, communicating tasks and issues effectively.
