Job summary

SupplyPro, Inc. seeks a Solutions Delivery Associate to work with the National Sales team across North America to develop inventory management recommendations for manufacturing customers.

The role focuses on inventory data analysis, SSIS configuration, and presenting demonstrations of our hardware and software at the training/demo facility. You will support pre-sale activities, provide information to the sales team, and participate in customer surveys, installations, or training with limited

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable configurations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to present and demo hardware/software to customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate configurations and recommendations from data provided by resellers and end-users.
• Support pre-sale activities and customer-facing presentations and demos.
• Maintain knowledge of SupplySystem Intelligent Software (SSIS) to demo and train others.
• Collaborate with the National Sales Team to support proposals and revenue goals.
• Perform administrative tasks and assist with training as required.
