ARUP Laboratories is seeking a Material Distribution Technician I in Salt Lake City, UT to support accurate receiving, storing and distributing of materials. You will perform inbound/outbound quality checks, label reagents with lot numbers and expiration dates, and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prefer college coursework in logistics or Lab Assistant training.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• 1 year of relevant inventory, shipping and receiving or warehouse experience.
• 1 year of relevant clinical laboratory inventory or warehouse experience.

• Use company vehicles on company business.
• Quality checks inbound shipments labeling and stocking procedures.
• Perform receiving: labeling reagents and kits with lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Maintain quarantine areas for validation samples.
• Quality checks outbound orders for accuracy.
• Input data accurately.
• Pick and pack product.
• Process shipping and returns.
• Process returns.
• Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Replenish stock from back-up locations.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Mentor junior staff on procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
