Job summary

DOC Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, store, pick, pack, and ship parts supporting service orders and technician replenishment. You will also coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure accurate fulfillment.

Responsibilities include processing inbound shipments, completing system transactions, supporting returns, organizing stock, performing cycle counts, and upholding a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills for counting and verification.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and company systems).
• Dependable, accountable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments.
• Pick, pack, label, and ship parts for work orders.
• Accurately complete system transactions (receipts, transfers, shipments) and document discrepancies.
• Support returns (RMA), core returns, and warranty shipments.
• Assign stock locations, perform put-away, and maintain proper bin/zone organization.
• Perform cycle counts, assist with physical inventories, and resolve variances.
• Communicate with technicians, supervisors, vendors, and internal customers on order status and needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse (5S) and follow safety procedures.
• Operate material-handling equipment as trained.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
