Job summary

DOC Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, store, pick, pack, and ship parts supporting service orders and technician replenishment. You will also coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure accurate fulfillment.

Responsibilities include processing inbound shipments, completing system transactions, supporting returns, organizing stock, performing cycle counts, and upholding a safe, organized warehouse environment.

• Communicate with technicians, supervisors, vendors, and internal customers on order status and needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse (5S) and follow safety procedures.
• Operate material-handling equipment as trained.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping parts in support of customer work orders and technician replenishment. This role also communicates with technicians and internal teams to help ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of service and maintenance requests.

• Pick, pack, label, and ship parts for work orders and technician replenishment
• Accurately complete system transactions (receipts, transfers, shipments) and document discrepancies
• Support returns (RMA), core returns, and warranty shipments
• Assign stock locations, perform put-away, and maintain proper bin/zone organization
• Perform cycle counts, assist with physical inventories, and resolve variances
• Communicate with technicians, supervisors, vendors, and internal customers on order status and needs
