Qualifications

• High school diploma required and at least 2 years of distribution experience.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with document management software and internet navigation.
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Packages and prepares products for shipment and posts weights and shipping charges.
• Reviews customer orders and stocks/distributes merchandise in the distribution center.
• Verifies purchase orders and shipping orders against packing slips for accuracy.
• Maintains inventory, purchasing, and shipping records via data entry.
• Uses contracts, POs, invoices, requisitions to compute inventory balance and adjust discrepancies.
• Determines efficient routing and transportation modes.
• Assists with related tasks as assigned.
