Job summary

ATEC Spine seeks a Warehouse/Logistics Associate to manage records for ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials in our distribution center. You will verify order accuracy, maintain inventory, and prepare shipments.

Role requires basic MS Office, data entry, and strong communication. Typically less than 1 year of experience with a high school diploma; some roles may require up to 2 years. Compliance and efficient logistics are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, maintains, and compiles records for ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Packages and prepares products for shipment; posts weights and shipping charges; maintains shipping records.
• Reviews orders, stocks, and distributes items in the distribution center.
• Verifies packing slips against purchase and shipping orders for accuracy.
• Maintains data entry for inventory, purchasing, shipping, and related records.
• Uses contracts, PO, invoices, and requisitions to reconcile inventory and costs.
• Ensures shipping docs are accurate and materials are protected during shipment.
• Determines routing and mode of transportation; investigates discrepancies and overcharges.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned.
