Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in material handling, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Accurate processing of shipping, receiving and inventory transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a manufacturing environment with changing priorities.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and extra hours.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments and verify materials against bills of lading and packing lists.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage and document discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Accurately record received materials against purchase orders and distribute documentation.
• Complete ERP receipt transactions within 24 hours of material arrival.
• Verify outbound shipments for accuracy prior to shipment.
• Package outbound materials to ensure safe transportation and delivery.
• Process shipping and receiving documentation while maintaining accurate records and archives.
• Support inventory control, material movement, and stockroom activities.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently when required.
• Adhere to Flowserve safety policies, procedures, and operating requirements.
