Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a diligent Material Handler - Level 2 in Hastings, NE to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and production operations. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and ensure materials are safely received, stored, and distributed.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, verifying bills of lading, documenting discrepancies, and recording transactions in the ERP system within 24 hours of arrival. Overtime and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3–5 years of material handling, warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, or logistics.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming shipments and verify against bills of lading and packing lists.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage and document discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Record received materials against PO and distribute documentation.
• Complete ERP receipts within 24 hours of arrival.
• Verify outbound shipments for accuracy prior to shipment.
• Package outbound materials for safe transport and delivery.
• Process shipping/receiving documentation and maintain records.
