Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; basic computer skills.
• 1 year shipping experience preferred.
• Proficient in inventory software, spreadsheets, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders accurately in fulfillment system.
• Prepare items for shipment with correct packaging and labels.
• Monitor inventory with regular stock checks; report discrepancies.
• Quality check outgoing orders for accuracy and packaging.
• Coordinate with carriers for pickups and track shipments.
• Maintain shipment records and tracking information.
• Follow safety protocols and shipping regulations.
• Ensure shipping equipment is functioning and report issues.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve order issues.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
