Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs inventory receipt entry in the Chem-Star WMS and/or customer system(s) of record.
• Processes specialized customer transactions (Hold, damaged, disposition) in Rinchem’s and/or customer systems.
• Performs inventory cycle counts and reconciliations; researches discrepancies.
• Handles inbound/outbound shipments; answers inquiries about inventory and delivery times.
• Schedules dock appointments and coordinates with internal/external customers.
• Generates shipping paperwork (BOLs, manifests) and compiles routine administrative tasks.
