FORTÉ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, shipping, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment. You will verify, label, and distribute goods, coordinate shipments, and help maintain accurate stock records.

This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a growing, employee-owned company. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in warehousing or shipping, strong communication, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warehousing, shipping or receiving.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, label, and distribute incoming deliveries.
• Process outgoing shipments with UPS, FedEx and freight forwarders.
• Coordinate material requests and manage inventory.
• Generate bills of lading and schedule pickups.
• Conduct cycle counts of finished goods inventory.
• Report incoming packages to appropriate department/end-user.
• Maintain inventory records and support warehouse operations.
