Job summary

FORTÉ is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping Associate in Jacksonville, FL. You will handle receiving, labeling, and distribution of product and documents, process shipments with UPS and FedEx, and coordinate inventory needs across departments.

You’ll perform cycle counts, use Outlook/Excel and ERP systems, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while lifting 50–75 lbs as needed. This role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with stock status reports and material variance reports.
• Experience in warehousing/shipping/inventory management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, inspect, label and distribute or store incoming deliveries.
• Process outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx and freight forwarders.
• Coordinate material requests and document inventory.
• Generate bills of lading and schedule pickups/deliveries.
• Conduct cycle counts of finished goods inventory.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory records and reports.
