Job summary

Teledyne FLIR Defense in Freeport, PA is seeking a Shipping, Receiving, Stockroom Clerk to join a fast-paced logistics team. You will coordinate shipments, receive goods, and maintain stockroom inventory while ensuring accuracy in SAP and Excel-based material tracking.

The role requires 2-5 years of related experience, ERP/MRP knowledge (preferably SAP), and the ability to lift 50 lbs. This is a full-time on-site position with a strong emphasis on accuracy and dependability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED.
• 2-5 years’ directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge and experience of ERP/MRP programs, preferably SAP.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and be able to spend 80% of day on your feet.
• Detail oriented and able to research and resolve SAP transactional issues.
• Ability to work and adapt within a fast paced rapidly changing environment.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills.
• Very high level of accuracy in all work performed, especially SAP transactions.
• Demonstrated ability in navigating browsers, Sharepoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, LTL Freight a plus.
• Dependable, Positive attitude, not easily frustrated, and willingness to assist others as necessary.
• Basic Knowledge of ISO9000
• ITAR experience
• DOT, IATA, and/or IMO hazardous waste training

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping of outgoing products and verify against records.
• Unpack and inspect incoming shipments and report damages.
• Organize stockroom materials and perform cycle counts.
• Assist with material analysis using SAP or Excel.
• Assist on other facility tasks as necessary.
