Job summary

Amcor Rigid Packaging is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk in Ohio to manage raw materials, packaging, and finished goods for blow mold production. Responsibilities include entering receipts in SAP, maintaining storage, and ensuring accurate inventory records while following safety policies.

The role requires forklift license, willingness to work overtime, and adherence to Amcor safety standards. Manufacturing/warehouse experience is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to recognize and understand numbers and values; this includes accurately entering information into an online database.
• Ability to visually and mentally make priority decisions/judgment calls based on the situation at hand.
• Proficient hand-eye coordination to operate equipment and assemble packaging for shipment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Abides by all Amcor Safety and Quality policies and procedures.
• Learn and navigate SAP, MII, and Excel and understand how transactions affect each system.
• Overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Follow safety rules and communicate hazards to coworkers and management.
• Enter receipt of raw materials and packaging via SAP and maintain material storage.
• Audit and reconcile inventory and documentations; ensure SOX compliance.
• Reconcile and report inventory discrepancies to Materials Manager.
• Support grinding room as needed and document scraps and regrind usage.
