Job summary

Revival Gourmet Foods is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to support warehouse and manufacturing operations. The role focuses on accurate documentation, tracking inventory movement, and using ERP/WMS systems for shipping and receiving.

The ideal candidate works well in a paperwork-heavy environment, with proficiency in Excel/Word and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in logistics, administration, or supply chain is a plus.
• 2+ years of warehouse or inventory experience with strong documentation focus.
• Proficient in inventory software (ERP/WMS) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOLs for outgoing shipments with accurate lots and quantities.
• Create invoices for shipments with complete documentation.
• Assist receiving, complete paperwork, and scan documents to correct locations.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts if certified and required.
• Support inventory management and cross-train to cover responsibilities.
