Job summary

Revolution Foods is seeking a Warehouse Associate to efficiently receive, stock, stage, and ship materials while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards. The role covers all warehouse transactions and requires maintaining the branch warehouse and equipment.

Expect to perform loading/unloading, inventory control, packing, labeling, and cross-department collaboration. A flexible schedule including weekends, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with ERP systems preferred.

Qualifications

• Required qualifications include flexible scheduling with weekend shifts.
• Good attendance and punctuality; overtime sometimes required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter, able to follow routines and work both independently and in a team.
• Basic math skills, ability to read and count, and basic English comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, sort, wrap, pack, and repack shipments.
• Load and unload products from trucks or containers.
• Break down and receive incoming shipments; put away items; manage storage.
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts; monitor accuracy and deltas.
• Collaborate across departments (production, sanitation, maintenance) to support operations.
• Pick and stage materials for production according to demand.
• Operate in cold storage environments as required.
