Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in supply technician or inventory management and office management.
• Familiar with technical supply management.
• Familiar with the management of decentralized and decontrolled items.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under extreme pressure.
• Familiar with Inventory Management Software Applications (PACES).

Responsibilities

• Serves as the point of contact for facility-maintenance issues.
• Serves as the point of contact for office equipment and coordinates repairs.
• Ensure that office and office equipment have the necessary supplies.
• Coordinate with other USMS offices to ensure supplies and equipment are properly accounted for.
• Coordinate and assist with compliance with safety and security protocols.
• Coordinate and set up conference rooms for meetings.
• Assist with movement of offices and devices.
• Prepare reports, as needed.
