Job summary

People, Technology & Processes is seeking an Inventory Manager II at JEB Little Creek–Fort Story, VA, with SECRET clearance. You will supervise receipt/validation, manage monthly inventories, and coordinate disposition and transshipments for weapons and VAS in accordance with DoN and WARCOM instructions.

The role requires deep knowledge of DPAS/ELMS, inventory control, and security regulations, with CONUS travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years NSW experience in inventory and weapons related programs.
• 3+ years of NSW experience with DPAS, ELMS, or similar DB systems.
• Thorough knowledge of security and safety regulations for weapons, VAS, WEPNAC.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receipt and validation of daily audit reports for inventory accuracy.
• Manage and reconcile monthly inventories and inspections for compliance.
• Direct asset movement, documentation, and shipment coordination for weapons and VAS.
