UIC Arctic Response Services, LLC is seeking an Armory Lead to oversee the storage and maintenance of weapons at Naval Base Kitsap, WA. The role involves ensuring compliance with A&E regulations, managing inventory records, and supervising personnel that handle munitions.

A successful candidate will have a strong background in arms management, leadership experience, and the capability to communicate effectively within a military environment. This is an on-site role requiring a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience related to weapon and collateral equipment inventories.
• Direct experience with Navy/Marine Corps A&E regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with A&E regulations for inventory and storage.
• Manage accountability of arms and munitions.
• Coordinate receipt and issuance of munitions.

Skills

Experience with weapon inventories

Knowledge of Navy/Marine Corps A&E regulations

Leadership experience

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

Strong communication skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business Management

Completion of Navy/Marine Corps Armorer School
