Job summary

Calumet Specialty Products Partners L.P. is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to ensure daily receipts are entered into the SAP system and that Crude Leases are correct, interfacing with Crude Supply, shipping and receiving, and company executives.

This role reports to the Shipping/Receiving Manager and requires strong SAP usage. You will calculate railcar loads, maintain lease data for accurate billing, and coordinate with internal teams to route and bill railcars, while generating deliveries

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Preference for SAP system experience.
• Knowledge of shipping and inventory environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Calculates railcar loads to ensure weight limits are not exceeded.
• Maintains Crude Lease information for correct material value and billing.
• Uses shipment data to route and bill railcars.
• Enters crude tickets and runs SAP totals.
• Creates deliveries for Gas Oil loads and prepares reports.
