Job summary

Uloop Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving and Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Miami. The role focuses on accurate receiving of parts and equipment, maintaining inventory records, and SAP data entry to support fast-paced operations.

Responsibilities include verifying shipments, coordinating with Purchasing and Accounting on discrepancies, and performing cycle counts while upholding documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience handling receiving and inventory processes.
• Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips and shipping documents.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting is a plus.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts and equipment shipments.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Enter receiving transactions in SAP.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Accounting on discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts.
• Process returns, shortages, and damaged shipments.
• Ensure receiving documentation is complete and filed.
