Job summary

Calumet, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage daily receipts in SAP and ensure accurate crude leases, shipments, and billing. The role interfaces with Crude Supply, shipping and receiving, and company executives.

You will work with railcar load calculations, ticket entries in SAP, and monthly tie-out reports while coordinating with internal teams to keep data accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Calculates railcar loads to ensure weight restrictions are not exceeded.
• Ensures Crude Lease information is current for proper value and billing.
• Routes and bills railcars using shipment and weight data.
• Enters totals in Feedstock reports and distributes to end-users.
• Enters crude tickets in SAP and runs totals verification.
• Creates deliveries for Gas Oil loads and coordinates reporting.
