Job description

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Inventory//RMA Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is adept at managing inventory operations and can ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support daily warehouse operations and work closely with various departments to maintain seamless inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily warehouse and inventory operations.
  • Perform inventory tracking, reconciliation, and cycle counts.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update information within company systems.
  • Enter, verify, and manage data with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Generate and update inventory reports using Excel and internal systems.
  • Track incoming and outgoing materials and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with resolution.
  • Ensure inventory transactions are properly entered and documented.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding inventory status and material availability.
  • Monitor open tasks and follow through to completion.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and material movement activities as needed.
  • Learn and utilize company-specific software and inventory management systems.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
Required
  • 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or related experience.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and record maintenance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through completion.
  • Comfortable learning and navigating new software systems.
Preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Inventory control or inventory reconciliation experience.
  • Shipping and receiving experience.
  • Prior experience supporting logistics or supply chain operations.
Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Additional Details

Salary Range: $26 - $29 per hour
